How do I apply for an apartment?

Fill out our online application form at the Apply Now page. We'll review your information and get back to you within 48 hours.

Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

Yes! We proudly accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8). Our units meet all HUD inspection standards with brand-new appliances and finishes.

Do you accept VA vouchers?

Yes, we welcome Veterans Assistance Voucher holders. We're committed to providing quality housing for those who served.

What are the lease terms?

We offer 12-month leases for standard renters. Flexible terms are available for travel nurses and other qualifying circumstances.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is typically equal to one month's rent. Voucher holders should check with their caseworker about deposit assistance programs.

Are utilities included?

Tenants are responsible for their own electric and internet/cable. Water and trash are included in the rent.

Do you allow pets?

Please contact us about our current pet policy. Service animals and emotional support animals are always welcome in compliance with fair housing laws.

Is parking available?

Ample street parking is available in the neighborhood. We do not currently offer off-street parking.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Current tenants can submit maintenance requests through the Tenant Portal or the Maintenance Request page — you can even attach photos or videos of the issue.

How do I pay rent?

Current tenants can pay rent through the Tenant Portal. Contact us if you need help setting up your account.

What's the neighborhood like?

Brewerytown is one of Philadelphia's most exciting neighborhoods — rich in history, directly adjacent to Fairmount Park, and with a growing food and culture scene. It's close to Center City and Temple University.

Are the appliances new?

Yes — every unit at 1621 N 33rd Street features brand-new, energy-efficient electric appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
