Yes! We proudly accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8). Our units meet all HUD inspection standards with brand-new appliances and finishes.

Yes, we welcome Veterans Assistance Voucher holders. We're committed to providing quality housing for those who served.

We offer 12-month leases for standard renters. Flexible terms are available for travel nurses and other qualifying circumstances.

The security deposit is typically equal to one month's rent. Voucher holders should check with their caseworker about deposit assistance programs.

Tenants are responsible for their own electric and cable. Water is split between all tenants. Basic WiFi is included but tenants have the option to purchase their own internet.

Tenants are allowed to have 1 cat, 1 small dog, small caged birds, or fish. Service animals and emotional support animals are always welcome in compliance with fair housing laws.

Ample street parking is available in the neighborhood. We do not currently offer off-street parking.

Current tenants can submit maintenance requests through the Tenant Portal or the Maintenance Request page — you can even attach photos or videos of the issue.
